The rooms are comfortably furnished and decorated and you have a locked door with a key. The home is also furnished with nice furniture, a dining area, TVS and a fully stocked kitchen and bath. Cleaning and trash duties are shared by each tenant and utilities. pest control, yard maintenance, and Wi-Fi are included in the rent.
We screen each tenant for compatibility, we accept assistance programs, and there is NO APPLICATION FEE. It may sound too good to be true, but it is not.
